Overnight Care in Our HomeOffered 7 days a week but subject to Availability (We only take 1-2 dogs in at a time)This service is very different from what any other boarding facility can offer. When staying in our home your dogs and birds are considered our "temporary residents" and get the royal treatment! They get one on one attention from us (Zoe & Scott) the owners of the company and get treated just like our own pets - with only the highest of standards, in the most intimate of settings. DOGS: We will only house up to two dogs at one time. So your dog will be all ours for your time away! We personally walk your dog at least twice a day, give them time to play in our big dog park of a yard with our puppy, Pippin and on occasion even take them all for hikes in the Wissahickon! Plenty of fresh water is available and we provide feedings twice a day (You supply food, treats and chewies.) Your dogs will never be in a pen or left alone for long periods of time or left alone overnight. We treat our boarders just like we treat our own dog and the dogs of our loved clients -- with great compassion, adequate exercise and adventure -- and a deep understanding of your dogs' needs. There are guidelines that allow us to provide a balanced environment for your dog - and for us. After all, we are inviting your dog to share our home with us. We have done this for many years and in the past were able to care for a wide variety of dogs and temperaments. And then a few changes occurred, most notably the addition of our puppy Pippin into our family. She has changed the way we are able to house others' dogs since we are committed to providing her with a balanced and unstressful life. We are training her with a fabulous trainer (Marisa Scully, listed on this site under "Dog Trainers") and doing everything we can to support her in development in becoming the best behaved and happiest dog in the world. (Our efforts in creating a happy dog extends to yours too!) Because of those efforts, we can only house dogs that fit these requirements.
Generally, dogs that do well at Camp have mid-low energy but yet love adventure. In other words, they are calm in the home and yet joyous and playful outside. They love other dogs, have a gentle play style and are not "escape artists." We have an enclosed fence all around our yards, but if you have an "escape artist," you know that sometimes fences dont make a difference! For all the Houdinis out there, we suggest scheduling Overnight Care in your home instead. ;-) If your dog passes all requirements, please request to schedule a Meet n Greet here at Camp! We would love to meet you. Base Rates per 24 Hours, with FREE PICK UP & DROP OFF:
INCLUDES PICK UP & DROP OFF SERVICES if pick up location is within our service areas. Click here to contact usBIRDS: We will take up to 4 birds at any one time. We offer them many cage free moments (if desired), cage and bedding cleanings, feedings and rotations of toys. We have three birds of our own (2 budgies & 1 bourke parakeet). We believe your bird will be happier here if she has been socialized to spending time out of their home before arriving here at Camp. If you have young birds, bringing them to Camp would be a great way to introduce them to a new environment and make it a positive experience for them! (For obvious reasons, Non-biting, social birds are preferred.) Base Rates per 24 Hours:

Lola
Lola is new to Philly from LA and is sweeping us all off our feet! She is thoroughly enjoying her walks as her mommy works hard on producing a tv show, and she loves to come to Camp to play with the other PS Campers. If you are around the Piazza, you are sure to see her. She is the sexiest boston terrier east of the Mississippi!
Henri
The doggie mayor of Northern Liberties, you will most definitely see him parading around town - either in Liberty Lands, Third Federal Bank, Hyperion Bank (what can I say, he likes money ;-) or at Fury Design. A stoic little guy most of the time, but when around other dogs or at the beach, he turns into THIS bounding, leaping bundle of joy you see above. Oh, Henri!
Enid
Ok, so seriously: Do you see this face? Enid has stolen our hearts, ran away with them, locked em up in her doggie hope chest and they are never to be heard from again. Walking, playing and cuddling with this little 14 week old is about the most fun you can imagine. We are some lucky dog walkers!!!
JD
Otherwise known as BIG LUG, he is frequent flyer boarder here at Camp. Ladies adore him, girls go batty for him and we people cant get enough of him. Favorite things: Fetching for a ball, taking walks in the Wissahickon and sleeping on Scott's lap. (I mean, he IS a Great Dane/BLack Lab mix, so he's not exaaactly a lap dog, but Scott cant resist!)
